Turns out I was wrong to assume there would probably be nobody in the ABC Insiders studio! 

Luckily, by chance, I was out for my morning cycling exercise anyway & was able to capture the scene as “Billy Backdoor” Shorten was leaving – in a chauffeur-driven Commonwealth limo – while ALP honchos lecture the rest of us on the need to travel by public transport, in order to reduce our carbon footprints!

Don’t you just LOVE their epic hypocrisy?

I call him “Billy Backdoor” because of all the times in the past, when he escaped out the backdoor of venues, if he might have gotten wind that an old bloke with a GoPro happened to be out the front!

I had to laugh that the limo rego was 007! Talk about a licence to kill!
