In any case why would anyone trust anything that the bully Health Hazard AKA Captain Binghampton (he is remarkably like the character on the series McHale's Navy) has to say?

Especially after the Ruby Princess and Aged Care fiascos last year?

Either of which he should have resigned or been sacked over if any pretence remained of the Westminister parliamentary tradition.
