A report from the wilds of Southbank...

I was cycling along the Southbank side of the mighty Yarra at ~2:30pm yesterday, when I heard someone yelling on the Evan Walker Bridge & looked up to see a man, halfway across, taking his jacket & shirt off & pacing around. I encounter incidents like this frequently in CBD streets & on trams & I've rung the police and/or ambos several times, in relation to distressed/disturbed/passed-out individuals. I'm a great believer in the motto: If you see something, say something", so I did. This is just one more example... with a bonus cyclist flouting signage NOT to ride on the bridge - probably an entitled Greens voter?

I’ve had to split the original, longer video into two parts because my attempts to blur the guy’s face were not up to scratch…

I wish I had been able to totally obscure the guy's face but I seem to have let down the magnificent blurring technology...
