Back in April 2021, Alexander Glebovich Nevzorov, a Russian television journalist and film director (and a former member of the Russian parliament), made this prophetic video of the likely impact of a full-blown Russian invasion of Ukraine.

It's an illuminating critique worth watching.

Yesterday it was announced that the Investigative Committee of Russia has opened up a criminal case against him and others "for spreading 'false' information about the Russian army" since its devastating "special military operation" in Ukraine began a month ago.
