When the US President enters a room or function, a band or orchestra plays "Hail To The Chief", a kind of John Laws trumpet fanfare intro.

Now, Jill Biden requires her own fanfare music for her intro.

Her Majesty has the US Marine band compose and play it during her entrances at events.
