Our enemy will see no moment of weakness or surrender from us.
What occurred on October 7—a miraculous military and security achievement by the elite Qassam Brigades—will remain a source of pride for our people and resistance, passed down through generations.
"Allah has decreed: Verily, I shall prevail, I and My Messengers. Indeed, Allah is All-Powerful, All-Mighty." Praise be to Allah, the Ally of the believers, the Supporter of His striving servants, the Humiliator of tyrants and the arrogant, and the Subduer of the oppressors—even if after some time.
Praise be to Allah, who fulfilled His promise, granted victory to His servant, strengthened His forces, and alone defeated the confederates. Peace and blessings be upon our leader and exemplar, the best of those who fought and strove, our Prophet and role model, Muhammad—peace be upon him. To proceed: “Indeed, Our Word has already gone forth to Our servants, the Messengers: surely, they will be helped. And verily, Our forces will be the victors.”
O masses of our Palestinian people, our Arab and Islamic nation, and free people of the world: In this historic moment of our people's continuous struggle and enduring jihad over decades—a moment that will mark a turning point—we address you with every expression of pride, dignity, and gratitude.
To you, our resilient and honorable people of proud Gaza, the jewel of the triumphant group, the steadfast heroes, the noble and dignified families of martyrs, the wounded, the prisoners, and the missing. You who fulfilled the covenant, bore unmatched patience, endured unparalleled suffering, and faced what no one else has faced. You have upheld your trust and fulfilled your duty, standing firm in the moments of sacrifice and giving generously in moments of need.
You endured steadfastly where endurance was required and fought where jihad was called for, earning the highest honor with Allah’s permission. Blessed are you for your steadfastness, your sacrifice, and your unyielding devotion. Peace be upon you for your patience, and excellent indeed is the final home. We stand today with reverence and respect before the convoys of martyrs—children, women, elderly, scholars, fighters, doctors, journalists, civil defense workers, security personnel, police officers, tribal leaders, and families—all who ascended in the most noble battle and the greatest cause: the battle to defend Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque during the “Al-Aqsa Flood” campaign.
We extend our salutations to those who remain steadfast, loyal to the cause, continuing the journey, and carrying the banner after them. "And how many a Prophet fought, with many devout ones alongside him! They did not weaken for what afflicted them in the cause of Allah, nor did they weaken or submit, and Allah loves the patient."
We salute the martyr leaders whose bodies were shattered in this battle: the martyr leader Ismail Haniyeh (Abu Al-Abd), may Allah have mercy on him; the martyr leader Yahya Sinwar (Abu Ibrahim), may Allah have mercy on him; the martyr Sheikh Saleh Al-Arouri (Abu Muhammad), may Allah have mercy on him. And to the leadership of our movement, both political and military, and the martyrs of all resistance factions and fighters—we exclude none.
To them and to our people, we say: Blessed are your trades, our leaders and martyrs. It is indeed a trade with Allah that will never fail. And we will continue along the path of our martyr leaders until victory or martyrdom, Allah willing. Our great people, Arab and Islamic nation, and free people of the world: The “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle has marked a significant turning point in the history of our cause and the stages of resistance by our great people.
Its impact will continue, Allah willing, even after the battle ends. What occurred on October 7—a miraculous military and security achievement by the elite Qassam Brigades—will remain a source of pride for our people and resistance, passed down through generations.
It struck the heart of the enemy and will lead, Allah willing, to the restoration of all our rights.
What the occupation and its supporters committed—genocidal wars, Nazi crimes, and acts of inhumanity—over 467 days will remain etched in our people's and the world's memory forever. It is a horrific genocide of modern times, unparalleled in its pain and suffering, and a stain of shame on the silent, complicit world.
We will never forget or forgive those who participated in this genocide, providing political, media, or military support that resulted in thousands of tons of bombs dropped on our families. Justice will be served to these criminals, even if delayed. Despite the horrors and tragedies our people have endured, we hold our heads high because of our resistance. We take pride in our heroes, fighters, and patient people. Our enemy will see no moment of weakness or surrender from us."
"To the orphans, widows, and victims: we will neither forget nor forgive. No one among us will ever betray the sacrifices and pain endured. Our steadfastness thwarted the occupation’s plans. We are still here, resilient, and victorious. The courage of our people and fighters has crushed the enemy’s objectives. Today, we announce a ceasefire agreement while honoring the sacrifices and support of our allies—Lebanon, Yemen, Iran, Iraq, and more. In conclusion: The liberation of Jerusalem remains our compass. We will rebuild, stand tall, and restore hope. Peace and mercy of Allah be upon you."
